Energia Completes Olympia Oaks

After four months and countless barrels of foam and bags of cellulose, we have completed our portion of the new 42 unit affordable housing project in Amherst.

Energia lands Affordable Housing Project

Energia has been given the contract to insulate the Olympia Oaks project in Amherst, MA.  The new 42 units of affordable housing is being developed by HAPHousing from Springfield using Keith Construction as the general contractor.
