THE MASS SAVE PROGRAM OFFERS REBATES TO HELP SAVE YOU ENERGY AND MONEY
Energia is a certified contractor for the Mass Save Home Energy Services Program. We can assist in providing eligible customers a Home Energy Assessment.
A Home Energy Assessment includes a comprehensive evaluation of the home from the basement to the attic and everything in between.
The Mass Save Home Energy Assessment includes:
Diagnostic testing of your heating system
Blower door testing to identify potential air leaks
A recommendation list from an auditor specific to your home

Eversource, National Grid, Columbia Gas and Berkshire Gas primary account holders who have an audit are eligible to receive weatherization INCENTIVES
Our most common MASS Save energy saving recommendations fall into two categories:
Air Sealing - Typically ranges up to 8-12 hours - to seal the holes in your attic and basement where air leaks in and out.
Insulation incentives for the attic, walls, and basement.
The Audit Summary Report that you receive is highly valuable, and allows you to plan home improvement projects. The report gives recommendations and helps you decide which projects to prioritize for improving your home.
In addition to the standard home audit, the auditor incorporates recommendations based on the no-interest 'HEAT' loan.
After a full assessment and consultation, Energia will review any available rebates and incentives.
Mass Save Incentives may include:
0 percent financing through the HEAT Loan Program
Rebates on oil and propane heating and water heating equipment
$150 towards a new efficient refrigerator
A $25 rebate toward the purchase and installation of an ENERGY STAR-qualified or seven-day thermostat that controls oil- or propane-fired heating equipment
$100 rebate toward the purchase and installation of a Wi-Fi thermostat that controls oil or propane heating equipment
An Energy Specialist will also review eligibility for rebates available through other energy efficiency programs.
